NWN Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health care is expensive copay too high. Vision and dental are excellent

Review from Customer Success Dept

Goals are realistic and obtainable, driving performance and rewarding it.

Review from Sales Dept

The HSA is now an incredible benefit since we have moved to Fidelity.

Review from Engineering Dept

Good (not great) salary Good (not great) 401k match Great PTO policy

Review from Sales Dept

I like it as a whole.

Review from Operations Dept

Base salary plus bonus compensation.

Review from HR Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept

I can't think of one thing that stands out.

Review from Finance Dept

Insurance coverage is better than it has been

PTO I'm under my spouses benefits so I don't use that many here at the company.

Review from Finance Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

Everything is good about the compensation package

Review from Admin Dept

The well rounded selection of coverage.

Review from Operations Dept

The Benefits Package is not good with Ins

Review from Customer Success Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are many weeks/days where certain departments have to do the work of other departments due to inefficiency and lack of training in other departments

Review from Finance Dept

More money!!! A incentive program

Review from Operations Dept

I believe there are a lot of people in the warehouse who deserve to be earning at least 20 dollars an hour.

Review from Operations Dept

Its been two and a half years with no merit increase. My workload, experience, knowledge, and productivity has continued to increase significantly.

Review from IT Dept

Better benefits with lower deductibles and a pay raise. No raise in about two years and cost of living has sky rocketed. I have also taken on more tasks.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Bonus compensation as quotas are met/exceeded.

Review from Operations Dept

According to multiple job sites I am being drastically underpaid. I have been told by my manager that they are waiting for HR to roll out their new raise distribution plan that changes from "cost of living" adjustments across the board to allowing the managers to direct raises as they see fit.

Cost of living goes up, company profits and yet pay is relatively the same

Review from Operations Dept

Industry standards have risen . Company doesn't provide bonuses or a yearly raise in prompt fashion.

Review from Communications Dept

Bonus opportunities are needed as well as cost of living.

Review from Operations Dept

When increasing prices to stay ahead of inflation we haven't increased my pay the same way.

Review from Engineering Dept

Compared to other companies, specifically from where I came, the pay and benefits are less. However, I knew that coming in.

Review from Operations Dept

There are no raises for the company.

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel as though I'm under-paid for my skills. It makes me 1) feel bad, and 2) want to skill up so that I can get better paid. My concern is that if I do that, I'll just continue to be paid less, even though I have more skills/experience.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Currently I cannot take PTO on weekends because I will not be paid my normal shift diff which makes my PTO feel pointless. I would love to take some but even weekdays eat away at my pay if I request it. I only took 1 week off for my wedding because of this.

Review from IT Dept

Others in my role within the same industry and with the same (or less) experience get paid around 10K more a year than I do. Sales would not succeed without the guidance and support of their inside people yet we get paid a fraction of what they get paid.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay does not account for geographic location. Far below market rate and other firms. Health insurance benefits very poor. Rx that was $7 per month on old plan is $00 per month here. 401k match very small and takes too long to vest.

Review from Customer Success Dept

A yearly cost of living raise, the cost of living is out of control and what used to be good pay is now sub-par. The only way to get a raise is to leave and go elsewhere.

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel my pay hasn’t fully kept up with the rising cost of living. An adjustment to reflect those

Review from Sales Dept

Wage increases were missed during integration, leading to longer wait times on cost of living raises.
