Unlimited PTO is not actually unlimited. Manager does not like to approve PTO. Either give a set number of days or allow unlimited PTO. Pay is low, so increase pay or increase PTO. No bonus for performance so that is all NWN can do to motivate workers.

Tear down the walls between the different groups, people used to help out but now it our team, their team etc. If something is not correct they will not try to help figure it out they stop the process dead and will not touch until its fixed. Put ALL processes in writing!

While the executive team and their vision is aligned and well communicated, the second through fourth tiers of leadership are stuck cleaning up messes from past mistakes that make it very hard to achieve progress toward that future vision. It is very hard to get anything done here. Siloes.

Sales ownership of Revenue Operations results in bookings oriented decisions that decrement the company's ability to manage projects and bill customers.

The lack of presale and post sale resources never seems to improve. I look at NPS score and question its validity due to the number of project related issues. Hard to grow if we cant meet our obligations.

I come to work knowing that I am teetering on finacial failure while knowing my equals have gotten promoted and paid more and are financially secure but because 2 bad quarters I can't get a raise because I was later in the line and I can't get what they make because you can't make that jump.

I am customer-facing and our clients typically have a terrible attitude. I think they consider it a basis for stronger negotiations to always frame NWN in the worst possible light. I don't engage with that attitude and stay focused on doing my very best to help them, which I am passionate about.
