They believe in geography pay but if you move somewhere in a higher tier than when you started your pay doesnt change.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Open communication is a really major part of everyone's conduct. There's no arbitrary hierarchy that indicates how important your opinion is. It really feels easy to make a positive impact when your team is truly collaborative.
