What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We take big bites and then we have to chew them. But we chew together
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're generally very active and thoughtful people. I think they abide by "if there's a problem, fix it" pretty well, it makes for a good employee experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're thoughtful and we like to get things done. I think we need to improve some processes to help us do both of those more efficiently but we're working on it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was expecting a raise when I switched into PM. I think it's fine that I didn't get one - it's just that there was no expectations set beforehand. I want to work really hard to establish myself in my new role and earn my raise.
