The leadership team, while young, is very strong. The company has a clear mission, incredibly supportive leadership team, and a ton of super intelligent individuals.

Getting to meet folks from all teams, staying for lunch to meet people in a more casual setting, and getting to understand the product on a deeper lever.

Everyone truly rallies together and sees our success and failures/learnings as team efforts. There is rarely or never personal blame placed on someone - everything we do is the result of the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The massive amount of benefits that we have, especially for a company of our size. We have a 401K package, medical and dental coverage, 16 weeks of paid caregiver leave, unlimited PTO and so much more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Oh man - where to start?! The team is a high-powered machine, everyone is an expert in their own domain and we can lift each other up to make the whole greater than the sum of its parts.

The company environment is great - people are super intelligent, motivated, and kind. It's also a very intellectually interesting group - we kept a beehive on the roof for a stint, and normal lunch conversations center on everything from capitalism to robots to Burning Man.
