How employees describe working at NZXT
The company has been in a downward spiral since ~2022. They overhired during covid, then had multiple rounds of mass layoffs. Then there were the controversies, followed by the tariffs, and finally the RAM shortage. Even pillars of the company are not exempt form layoffs. I fear for my job everyday.
