My team get along great, celebrate each other's wins and help each other overcome when a person doesn't "win".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that it's very fair and includes an annual bonus to reward people for everything that doesn't necessarily show up on a ledger somewhere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are exceedingly available, down-to-earth, and were all Recruiters at one point, so they know firsthand the daily challenges that we're facing, and have ways to help.
