It's a comprehensive package (includes many benefits) and its competitive with the industry.

All fixed no variable pay

Increments, Gifts, and Bonus. And most importantly, its higher than the industry

Everything is pretty standard and expected. I have seen other companies with so additionaly employee wellness benefits (e.g. - wellness reimbursements for hitting health milestones) and other incentives at higher levels, but it is pretty fair.

Soft skills and customer satisfaction should be factored into compensation. Anyone could work at Odessa with proper training, but it takes so much more to be successful and drive the customer relationships.

I do not have any equity options in my compensation so I cannot comment on it. However, I think the compensation should have some element of variable structure, which can act as an incentive to do more.

There is no transparency when it comes to compensation. A good performance at work does not mean good compensation anymore. There is very little scope of dialogue currently the way compensation is told.

Increments arent discussed or communicated effectively from Line Manager to Employee. They would realise that if they did do that the increment they have given is actually zero if considered with the Increased Tax outlay.
