What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet a group of people and be able to impress them enough that i should work here.
Met appropriate people but they were never seen again
Being able to call back the hiring manager with additional comments. He was accessible and receptive.
It didn't last long. And the interview was nice.

The opportunity to meet the entire team and management staff I would be working with.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Allow potential employees to shadow and read the union contracts so they know what they're getting into by working at OHSU instead of glossing over challenges.
Update positions yearly to accurately reflect compensation, duties/workload expectations, & training opportunities. Making sure employeers don't compare you to the wrong grade lvl, hold biased views, or ask inappropriate questions like "what was your past salary".
