What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when we don t have too many phone calls or if i haven't been told that i've made a mistake.
Providing care to the patients.
Feeling like I made a difference
Good infrastructure, well designed office
When I was ignorant of exploitation, pay inequality, & false promises; I felt happy learning and helping patients.
When everyone helps out to make it a non stressful day.
Helping people through the hardest part of their day
being able to help people
Getting to work with the animals and seeing the positive change in their behaviors I can help foster

That there are a lot of employee assistance programs.

I feel our probation training period should be 3 months not 6.
