What are some of the best things about your team?
Comradarie, competence and overall care
Generally there are two types of employees, focused and unfocused. Focused ones are great to work with but they get abused to the point where they choose to become unfocused. Unfocused ones lighten mood but increase the workload/stress. Culture not compliant w/osha breaks/lunches =less interactions

Every one is really nice. Everyone works hard.

For the most part, we do work pretty well together
We all have the same amount of drive and care towards our job and focus on the same goals. We help one another out and really work as a team
