The company culture is centered around growth. Growth of the company, growth of the customer base, and growth of very employee. I constantly feel like I'm improving myself and improving the customer experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely open with the team. They truly care about the employees and are even willing to change the core principles of the company in order to satisfy the needs of the customers and the employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I actually had a lot of fun interviewing at OJO. The engineers that interviewed me were obviously very smart. Everyone who interviewed me was also kind and fun to talk to, which is not something I've experienced at every interview I've had.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is the third software company I have worked at, but this is the first company where I have been continuously blown away by how talented my coworkers are. Everyone on my team is incredibly smart, passionate, and intelligent. I'm very lucky to be able to learn from such a great group of engineers
