Majority of people are positive and everyone gets along for the most part. Cooks, DMO, Bar and bussers are team players.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything is usually ordered so we don't run out of things often. Managers are friendly and sometimes promote a positive environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bartenders have A LOT of extra tasks and no guest volume small tipshare. General help. A barback, someone to clean and dishes
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, higher pay or more help for bar. Hold people accountable for not cleaning up after themselves and not being team players. Lazy
