leadership is also overworked and does not have the bandwith to support their own team
Communication. The smaller teams are very cliquey and only likee the people they like.

The leadership at OMD are all yes men. If you are not a member of the strategy or digital team you are considered a second class citizen.

The best thing is that my ideas bring me money.

The broadcast department does not get raises on a regular basis, where the strategy and digital teams are constantly sending out promotion announcements.
Do not pay a livable wage for the cities that they have locations in for entry level employees.
