SOMEONE HAS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE INCOMPITENT STAFF FROM THE PHARMACIST DOWN TO THE COUNTER ASSISTANTS IN THIS SHOP AT WALTER SCOTT AVENUE EDINBURGH IT IS ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL . I never gave a thought to use the above branch but BOY DO I WISH ID READ REVIEWS and clearly tTHE TWO AMIGOS DONT CARE

Omnicare is less concerned about the actual resident and more concerned on upper management employment. There is such a complete disconnect with the customer. Far too segregated with so many different departments. The customer simply gets lost in the shuffle. Account Management is so lacking.

Corporate needs to take care of its employees.

More meetings with HR and upper management, without retaliation

Fun, welcoming, easy going, easy workload, fair and understanding managers. Good conpany values, good compensation.
