I don't. Leadership is not informed of actual day to day workings in the pharmacy. Decisions are made without taking the customer into consideration. More decisions are made without taking pharmacies into consideration. FAR tooo many off site workers who have no clue what we do.
Willingness to coach and help people develop skills
The present a positive attitude
Nothing really, They aren't the best at their jobs either.
Understand the changing market and be willing to change with it.
Be equal with every one and train other techs, be fair, justice is not served at Omnicare.
they really need to bring in new people with ideas on how to innovate, motivate and take pride
Open communication, provide customer service instead of trying to do everything by email or text, appreciate your staff, loyalty is earned and goes both ways - practice it

Worst place ever in history to work
Review from Operations Dept
It seems to be comparable to other companies of this size
Strictly the pay, management team is awful.
Review from Customer Support Dept
it's a paycheck that helps to pay the bills. The PTO is great though
Review from Operations Dept
This company is more worried about its stock holders then its employee and customers.
we own one of the biggest insurers and are a pharmacy, our benefits are horribly expensive and overly complex
Management won't Listen to employees

Your salary is based on whether your favored by leaders or not. It does not go by your work.
Review from Customer Support Dept
People really care about the residents.
We all have each other's back. Everyone pitches in to cover when someone is out or to carry the workload.
We try to be supportive of each other. Aside from the rampant favoritism that exists on certain shifts with the clique of backend techs, everyone does try to be helpful and positive.
Review from Operations Dept
Too much gossip at all times.
we are left with only people who are too lazy to find other employment or those who are not bothered by management for doing sub par work
Fire all senior leaders and start over
Review from Operations Dept
They need to actually work.

Technology and the insight to build better
almost everyone works remotely, so no exposure to in office drama
Most have a sincere desire to do their best and make our workplace a better environment for all. Also, we try hard to build good relationships with our customers.

There is nothing that is positive

Corporate needs to take care of its employees.
Client focussed rather than profit driven
Review from Operations Dept
To treat everyone fairly and no favortsim
At the time management seemed positive.
encouragement and positive attitude of interviewer
Review from Customer Support Dept
Covered a wide variety of topics
Not behaviorally based at all
Omnicare pharmacy, interview neutral answers.
speed up the process, on average it takes over a month to get people in the door from when they start the process
Be professional, stop asking awkward questions (I was asked if I had kids - I said mine were grown and she said good), stop ganging up on people and give them a chance to relax and express themselves.

If you're breathing they hire

To feel like im doing the most good for the most vunerable
My paycheck to support my family.
Review from Customer Support Dept
More meetings with HR and upper management, without retaliation
High amount of disorganized processes
The pharmacy needs to be clean more often, they need to type patient information correctly with the right information of the medicines not the wrong one. They need to treat every one equal etc etc..
We need a management team that genuinely cares about our customers, patients and employees. Stop with the extreme favoritism and the deliberate exclusion of anyone who has a different idea or opinion than management.
Review from Operations Dept
Managers violated my ADA and FMLA numerous times
