What are some of the best things about your team?

People really care about the residents.

We all have each other's back. Everyone pitches in to cover when someone is out or to carry the workload.

We try to be supportive of each other. Aside from the rampant favoritism that exists on certain shifts with the clique of backend techs, everyone does try to be helpful and positive.

Too much gossip at all times.

we are left with only people who are too lazy to find other employment or those who are not bothered by management for doing sub par work
