
I don't. Leadership is not informed of actual day to day workings in the pharmacy. Decisions are made without taking the customer into consideration. More decisions are made without taking pharmacies into consideration. FAR tooo many off site workers who have no clue what we do.

Open communication, provide customer service instead of trying to do everything by email or text, appreciate your staff, loyalty is earned and goes both ways - practice it
