What are some of the best things about your team?People really care about the residents.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I don't. Leadership is not informed of actual day to day workings in the pharmacy. Decisions are made without taking the customer into consideration. More decisions are made without taking pharmacies into consideration. FAR tooo many off site workers who have no clue what we do.
What did you like most about the interview process? At the time management seemed positive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Corporate needs to take care of its employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? This company is more worried about its stock holders then its employee and customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Understand the changing market and be willing to change with it.
