Most have a sincere desire to do their best and make our workplace a better environment for all. Also, we try hard to build good relationships with our customers.
We try to be supportive of each other. Aside from the rampant favoritism that exists on certain shifts with the clique of backend techs, everyone does try to be helpful and positive.
We need a management team that genuinely cares about our customers, patients and employees. Stop with the extreme favoritism and the deliberate exclusion of anyone who has a different idea or opinion than management.
Be professional, stop asking awkward questions (I was asked if I had kids - I said mine were grown and she said good), stop ganging up on people and give them a chance to relax and express themselves.
