My manager has changed 6 times in 24 months
The ability to have autonomy and make decisions on my own without being micromanaged. My leadership is pretty transparent and easy to talk to.
They show recognition for a good job.
Friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned about what will make you successful in your job.
Integrity, truthfulness and transparency throughout the organization.
Following protocol that they try to make you follow and communicate better.
Actually listejing to their workers and sheowing compassion
Fair pay, full benefits, generous PTO
Its great for a remote job
We receive lower pay, and no raises through the year only yearly and the raises do not keep up with the economy. Currently yearly raises are between 0.30 cents-1.00. This is very low which leads to high turnover.
We have to do way too much for the amount that we get paid.
Fair pay would be nice
Support, communicative, and helping. Some I have even formed off work friendships.
Working together but also working independently
Good Communication and team work.
Supportive, friendly and excited about what we do.
They need to listen to the needs of others. They need to understand that they are nothing without their vendors.
It’s remote so you’re working from h
Remote work so I was able to work from home.
I love working from home. However because of the company policy of you can be a manager and not know the product line is absurd
That its remote and you can work from home
Everyone is happy at work and excited to help the Injured Worker get the care they need to get back to work.
They need to listen to their vendors and stop trying to play time-wasting games. They need to open effective means of communication and pay fairly. The way they handle business is extremely disorganized.
I am unsure. It was difficult, and I had like 3 interviews, and a separate interview with management as she was unsure if I wanted to work was I thought was weird.
It was intense but they were opening a new building in a new location.
Seemed pretty decent, but it is all a facade.
Interview process needs to be more up front about whats going on with the company and how they expect yoh to work
Helping the injured workers. This is what I enjoy most setting up services and confirming they have started.
Working from home in my PJs
Friendly smiles and doing I job I love.
The way management and the team leads handle their workers needs to change
