Actually listejing to their workers and sheowing compassion
We receive lower pay, and no raises through the year only yearly and the raises do not keep up with the economy. Currently yearly raises are between 0.30 cents-1.00. This is very low which leads to high turnover.
We have to do way too much for the amount that we get paid.
Fair pay would be nice
They need to listen to the needs of others. They need to understand that they are nothing without their vendors.
They need to listen to their vendors and stop trying to play time-wasting games. They need to open effective means of communication and pay fairly. The way they handle business is extremely disorganized.
Interview process needs to be more up front about whats going on with the company and how they expect yoh to work
