A lot of kind, invested people who want to do better and be better. Mostly treat others with respect.
It has the feel of a smaller company, you feel like you get to know coworkers more personally as opposed to a monolith of a huge company.
As a company it feels like we are now finally all starting to swim in the same direction.
I don't have a team but 90% of the folks I work and interact with are very kind, lovely and on top of it! There is always those few bad apples that rot though.
Our team weathers the storms, so to speak, together. We all have an understanding of how stressful projects can become and we're there for one another.
I like how they are always ready to help if I need it.
