I have had a great experience so far. Everyone on every team has been so welcoming when I first joined. I know that if I have an issue arise or any concerns, I have someone to go to. We use so many apps to the point that it can be overwhelming, so this can be improved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and not afraid to say hi. Very welcoming of newcomers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are willing to listen and make changes when able. They care about their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always empathetic and good listeners. I feel that I get a lot of support from the team. We all get along very well and a fun group.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team. They always put a smile on my face. Some days can be tough, but it is always better when I know my team is there to support me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am satisfied with where my pay is at and our 401k with employer match. I like our HSA plan, but the health plan premium and copays are high and could be improved. I like that you can earn some money in the Careplus app.
