I enjoy it overall, but the compensation needs to be regularly increased or they will continue to lose people as they have moreso recently.

In general people are friendly and the events or free food are fun to have
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should have been given a raise by now. I feel undervalued to the point of being exploited and because of it, my motivation to care about my work is drastically reduced.
