I feel that they are very transparent regarding the business, where it is going, how it is doing, etc., and that they really care about their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are wonderfully creative and hard working individuals. I know that if they say they are going to do something, they will. They are always willing to help other team members and are just good people to be around. They make me better.
