I think overall One workplace is trying to establish and pivot what the company will look like in the future however with that comes feelings of uncertainty. While that is the overall pulse of the economic climate, there's still the feeling of, "but will happen to me?" "when will that happen to me?"

Pay and profit sharing seems good. but benefits are too expensive.

people seem to care about each other as people, with a common goal off effecting and changing the workplace

It seems they have a plan for how to navigate this economical climate but regardless of what they do it's a very difficult uncertain time, and to no fault of theirs
