Overall really positive but I do feel like there is some favoritism towards certain team members. I feel like sometimes newer team members are being more valued than the more senior team members, which is talked about. We need to invest in the people are dedicated and have invested in this company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like i am fairly placed on the pay scale and management has not given me fair answer as to why that is or an opportunity to further discuss. I have made accomplishments and impact to our team but only get a pat on the back.
