There has been massive change. Things and processes are constantly changing. Different divisions have different beliefs about what it means to be successful. I would say recently that things seem to be getting better, but now the economy is not looking so good.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

As a company it feels like we are now finally all starting to swim in the same direction.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I just wish everyone cared as much as I do about putting out great work. Not just doing enough to get by.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My current team I like because I feel like I can be honest about what is happening. So leaders only hear what they want to hear which isn't good for anybody.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The bar is set so low and yet a lot of these people cannot work above the low bar consistently. I believe a few of the people are doing the bulk of the work. Far too many people are just skating by.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It has more to do with the country and feeling poorer as time goes on. The raises do not keep up with inflation. In fact I felt more financially secure when I started compared to now. I have gotten raises consistently and I appreciate that more than you know, but it has become harder to get by.
