What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Organisational structure. Get rid of the internal politics.

Instead of spending millions at events, tradeshows, and marketing projects - promote and reward employees that are putting in the work to make the company run successfully.

Everything! Leadership is a group of arrogant, self absorbed, self-centered elitist's

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

There's no evidence that employees matter to the execs; they're disposable. See it in the dreadful maternity cover, feel it in the lack of culture, openness, transparency and respect. See middle management get defensive and behave unethically, it's top to bottom a bad place to work.

With the amount of work everyone is accountable for and perform week over week, they do not pay industry average and also do not try to compensate with stock options. It's a place that promotes mediocre treatment of employees.

Compensation hasn't increased in two years - yet my list of responsibilities has grown significantly. When asked about annual increases - leadership will tell you the process is delayed indefinitely.

Leadership undervalues and over works all employees

Too many hours demanded for the low compensation. Irrelevant certifications required as part of the job.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

All the product team people are not executioners, everything get's delayed without any target in sight.

Company fosters a culture of bullying, leadership pits employees against each other

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

There is no company culture, all of the employees have been hired and fired in the last two years. This organization needs to be dissolved into a bigger group if any culture could be developed.

All leadership would need to be changed, culture is managed from the top down starting with the C-Level leadership

Acknowledge a successful company means successful employees. Develop sales territories or assignment of leads that is equal to allow accurate performance and capability among Sales. Hold trams supporting sales accountable for quality support that is tied directly to revenue. Make DE&I real!

Expected to work endless hours
