After two months of working at OnSolve, I haven't been happier. I didn't think it was possible to actually enjoy work, but here I really enjoy the work I do, the people I work with, and the leadership that helps me everyday. Having mentors to look up to within the company makes all the difference.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been with the company for almost two years now and I have had an overall really great experience. I've been able to learn, grow and improve in all areas of my job and have never felt discouraged or like my work was not valuable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Everyone is so friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is incredibly flexible and the hybrid WFH option is nice, too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is open and honest and their doors are always open.

Unlimited PTO! Also, the general understanding that life happens (ie. dr's appointments, etc.).
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing the company I work for is making a difference and saving lives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's always been a friendly environment. There's always a friendly face whether you work remotely or closer to an office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. From the day I started my team wanted to me succeed and was willing to take time out of their day to help me.

My team is great to work with, but also I have found great friendships. Everyone is open to new ideas and makes you feel valued no matter what level you are in your career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership takes it upon themselves to know you by name and take time to learn about who you are as a person. They understand the work we're doing and wouldn't ask us to do anything they wouldn't do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am valued not only as an employee, but as a person. My individual growth is equally as important as the company's growth and my fellow employee's growth. I am always learning new things, getting to explore new ideas and encouraged to fail fast and try again.
