Having been a part of the OnSolve family for 2 years now has opened opportunities for me to showcase my other talents like Voice Acting. Since I started working here, I have loved the people, the leadership team, and status within this company. Truly love working here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity in the company is great. The most positive aspect to me is that there is 0% tolerance for discrimination towards race, sex, or gender. I feel comfortable and safe. I truly love OnSolve and hopeful to be a part of the OnSolve family for many years to come.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having resources to do and understand my job is a must and this is provided. Also, the fact that OnSolve understands our needs and preferences. I love working from home, especially during these difficulty times with COVID-19 (I have asthma). I am 100% happy to be part of this family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team is truly excellent and I am so happy to be part of my current team. Especially with our goals aligned, it's good to know that we all share the same objective and frustrations when it comes to the job. We're all here to help each other and be a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued here at OnSolve. It is quite the opposite, really. I love working for a company that truly cares about helping people and awareness. At times, it can get stressful and the amount of workload expected sometimes feels unsettling and not fair to my current compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about our OnSolve Leadership team is that I am seen and heard within this company. I have a voice, no matter how low in the business hierarchy I am. I can trust wholeheartedly in their leadership. We all have the same goal at the end of the day: to help and be there for our clients.
