Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am very happy at OnSolve. There is a high degree of turnover but perhaps expected in the tech industry. I suppose a lot depends on one's manager, but both my direct manager and our divisional VP are excellent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have a great manager and my position is low stress.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Non-judgemental and supportive. Our team is able to work independently, but there when you need them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm playing a unique role in improving the quality of our customer and prospect-facing content.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Several women in top leadership positions and the leadership team does make an effort to communicate progress and changes in open, company-wide forums and meetings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the perks I like most is ThrivePass. It's not a lot, but the amount the company contributes to employee wellbeing covers my inexpensive gym membership and a few art supplies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company makes a real effort to get a hybrid culture (remote and onsite) engaged and energized through various activities and benefits they make available, like the Calm app, surveys, the fitness challenge, LinkedIn Learning, and more.
