Challenging. It seems as though our executive team is very disconnected from the challenges that employees in the trenches/customer facing are experiencing. It seems like there is a denial about the issues we are experiencing as a company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Achieve our commitments on time. As a customer facing employee I am constantly have to tell customers things are delayed from releases, ticket resolutions to security requests.
