I like that the company promotes diversity and provides many benefits.

What makes you most happy at work?

The ability to help our customers and save lives via our platform

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that the executive team is enthusiastic about our products and the direction of our company and shares that with employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is always willing to help each other when one another have questions and our manager is amazing when questions arise.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Mid term billing compensation being taken away was disappointing, we do our best everyday to retain these clients and provide the best service to them year after year. There is little incentive to get them to sign a longer term now that midterm billings have been removed.
