A brief description of my overall experience at OnSolve would start by talking about how fulfilling it is. Then about how great the staff is. Followed by challenging the work is (somewhere between quite and not). Lastly, it would be described as fun most of the time.

The support from everyone is the most positive thing about the culture and environment at my company.

My favorite thing about the leadership team at OnSolve is how open and honest they are, while also making themselves available for just about anything.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the best part about our compensation package is that you get what you put into it as well as the healthcare it provides.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel the solution we provide really helps people and what makes me most happy is talking to all the interesting people I get from leads.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team are one, the fact that we all have different backgrounds and bring unique skills to the table. Second, would be how nice and inclusive everyone on my team is. And lastly, I enjoy how supportive everyone is on the team.
