I've been an employee for almost 6 years, this company has had a lot of change in leadership over that time but it's been for the better. I personally feel the leadership we have now is the best by far.

very transparent and personable and they take ownership

The fact i get to work from home is a huge plus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my base pay is still a bit lower then most in the industry.

always willing to help we all respect each other and want to see each other succeed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate that there is no micromanaging, we can schedule our day so that it works for us.
