It is very obvious that many members of the ELT team want to be inspiring and have dedicated their time and energy into OnSolve' s success, and their team's success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've worked for onsolve for 14years now. The first three in my new position I was not allowed to have an annual pay increase because "I made more" than my team-members. I did not find this fair as I have put in the years and time. Then this year I only receive 2% increase when I heard most receive 3
