The people are so welcoming, everyone is treated and treats others with respect and professionalism, while also keeping the human aspect of friendship and acceptance.
What makes you most happy at work?
The most satisfying is being able to learn new things and use this knowledge for problem solving. Also using the knowledge for process and efficiency improvement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate they do not have a "just make it happen" attitude in regards to enhancements or changes to SOP's or systems. They want to ensure expectations are met and operationalization of these changes is accurate before releasing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
From day one, this team has welcomed and accepted me. I can call on any one of my teammates and they are always willing to assist me. They have been instrumental in my learning of the OnSolve way.
