Starting pay is way too low even if the holiday boost makes it barey manageable.
start at 19 dollars an hour . I'm not a robot I have to eat and take a break after so many hours I deserve it. Go hire robots see where that gets you

Much higher compensation not even close to current market.
I work harder than most and my reward is that I pick up the slack of coworkers who do very little for the same rate of pay. Merit based pay would go a long way to make me feel better.
Minimum wage would be better
$20/Hr and full access to the board of directors' pay statements.
someone who worked for the company over 10 yrs should not make the same as someone working 3 yrs

Better pay for our hard work
I have taken it on myself to fix our scanners because the management just leaves them broken until there are not enough to go around to all that need them. I have purchased supplies on my own and studied on line on my own time to be able to fix these. Yesterday I was sent home early while doing this
Yes any other company would have gotten back to me or notified me of whats is going on
