Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Starting pay is way too low even if the holiday boost makes it barey manageable.

start at 19 dollars an hour . I'm not a robot I have to eat and take a break after so many hours I deserve it. Go hire robots see where that gets you

Treated me different because I am slow

Nobody helps get overworked while you have lazy employees

I have taken it on myself to fix our scanners because the management just leaves them broken until there are not enough to go around to all that need them. I have purchased supplies on my own and studied on line on my own time to be able to fix these. Yesterday I was sent home early while doing this

someone who worked for the company over 10 yrs should not make the same as someone working 3 yrs

Minimum wage would be better

I work harder than most and my reward is that I pick up the slack of coworkers who do very little for the same rate of pay. Merit based pay would go a long way to make me feel better.

First of all they gave me a pay card that don't work I can't activate it I can't get my benefits off I cannot get in contact with HR I keep telling my manager he said he keep emailing HR but he don't work today I don't work today
