I just like going to work because i do a little bit of everything in there.

Certain people that are personable and have (at a minimum) a sense of humor.

When they keep all of us equally busy.

The pay, the environment and the people

Sort staff needs better wages and/ or dedicated hours. Management needs to live the situations they put their employees in. Upper management seem out of touch with the cost of living verses the lack of wages.

Sounds like they don't get their packages Customers service is horrible

Ontrac can get back to their employees when they are in any situation

Leardership needs more quailty training on how to talk to people

Have you looked at your customer ratings online? Again it needs a better and caring management. Respect employees and customers. Quit making this so hard. We had a history of good numbers and now this GM and Manager have thrown it all out the window. They took our pride away.

In all honesty someone over Management's heads needs to come in and take a look at what's going on you need surprise visits not schedule visits then you will be able to see what's going on because they won't have time to come anyone people on what to do and not to do

Actually caring about the customer.

A lot of the delivery drivers don’t really care about their job and freight is damaged very frequently due to poor maintenance and overloading of the syste

Very easily..Drug test, background check needs to be better and management needs to be replaced

No body seems to care about doing better and improving. Its all just cover your rear end
