I was told I would work 30 hours, they sent me home 4 hrs, 3 hours. Break room is full of cockroaches, even in the microwave, the lead my first day was extremely rude. I like the physical work, but it's not worth the gas and Wear n tear on my old car. Very disappointed.

I do not know, I barely work any hours.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Talk a little more friendly and stop sending people home when you were promised a certain amount of hours.
