Great sense of comradery amongst teams, and there's usually a team building exercise every quarter where all teams mingle and mix, encouraging people to interact outside their usual departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is driven, focused, and in it for the long haul. As an employee, I feel like I get a lot of interaction with leadership, and my manager is simply the best. There's a large focus on career development, and what you want from the job.
