Really, its that our values are baked so heavily into our culture. We really hold each other accountable to live the values.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You interview with the President. She really wants to make sure we hire good people and is ultimately the person who decides if you would make a good member of our team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package is great and is almost entirely covered by the company. The pay is more modest then some other companies in the space but the benefits really help cover the gap
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide you enough freedom to make choices for you and your peers without letting you blunder. They support you in a way that gives you great experience that will transfer into many facets of your career.
