What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work as a team, and we do it well. Each person is responsible for their part, but everyone understands that what they do is vital to the success of the organization.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I've been here for a long time, so I know that the process has changed a lot. I was out of state when I interviewed, so it was completely done over Skype, which made it extremely convenient for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody that I work with is on a constant mission to improve themselves and help others around them. We have a tight-knit team and everyone is always more than willing to help out in any way possible. Being surrounded by such wonderful people makes the workday great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how accessible they are and how they manage their teams. My manager, in particular, is very proactive in ensuring that each team member has the tools and the knowledge to get their job done. He is, by far, the best manager I have ever worked with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While we don't make a large salary compared to others in the tech space, our benefits make up for the lack. Free medical coverage, 2 catered meals, plus 2 snacks during the day, make up for a large sum of money that we would otherwise be spending on these things.
