What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a great culture. I don't see any of the posturing, games, politics or rumor mongering that I have seen in other work places. Management works hard to make it a great environment for all.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with several of the executive team members and felt that they were truly interested in seeing how I could fit into the organization, and how my personal goals and lifestyle could be accommodated.
