Honestly, my co-workers that I work closely with are some of my closest friends!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation packages are reviewed annually (or 90 days after any role change) to ensure that not only does our performance warrant an increase, but are we compensated fairly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We meet weekly as a team to go over important business and during that time there's a lot of positivity. We call out other employees that went above and beyond.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team meets regularly to ensure that all are up to speed, everyone understands top-level decisions and to ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to managing direct reports.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone really cares about one-another here. There are loads of antidotes that can be shared from random co-worker helped me move, to co-worker lost their cell phone, lets all pitch in to pay for a replacement. This happens organically because everyone really does care for one another.
