Extremely smart and I have faith in their ability to lead the company. They're pretty transparent when they can be.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being transparent and to stop treating us like we're numbers on a spreadsheet. Developing empathy and understanding for those struggling. Listen to feedback from those on the ground and actually take it to heart to make valuable change.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people but there is no culture anymore. Everything was cut and leadership makes little to no effort to bring morale up.

It was efficient and they communicated well

They communicated well, had the scheduling down to a T, and the training after onboarding was very straightforward.
Everything moved very fast, interviews were fun and light hearted.
Its quick so you dont have to wait around.
