OpenGov Inc. Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It has good coverage for most providers.

Health, dental, and vision are decent.

Good insurance and unlimited vacation

It is not worth the level of stress and lack of respect for the people who actually bother to get things done.

Competitive base salary coupled with great commission earnings

Fair market value and generous health benefits and offerings

equity - I really believe in the value proposition and future growth of this company so I'm excited to have a stake in the company at this stage.

Review from HR Dept

As a relatively young company, we get paid very fairly and competitively, but also with a variable compensation component, on top of equity. That's virtually unheard of for a company at this stage and only reinforces this company's commitment to its employees.

Review from HR Dept

The company is dedicated to making sure people are paid current market rates. Compensation includes a bonus that is directly tied to things under my control.

Review from Engineering Dept

That I am paid externally competitive to market.

I really love the combination of compensation rewards.

Review from HR Dept

Base, bonus, unlimited PTO, and maternity leave

Market-based compensation and benefits as well as unlimited PTO

Review from HR Dept

Stock option package provides real upside.

My compensation is generous and allows for flexibility. Unlimited PTO, remote work capability, and lots of resources to understand benefits.

The benefits and perks are the best part.

Review from HR Dept

Best part of the compensation package is the stock options.

Bonus program and stock option program.

Review from HR Dept

Fair base and bonus pay

Review from HR Dept

Base salary is nice and I can live anywhere in the US

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They admittedly pay market averages.
