I feel like I'm valued and able to use my abilities to contribute to the success of the organization. The events, volunteer opportunities, and culture circles have enabled me to get to know other employees and feel connected to Optima.

I appreciate the 50% 401k match up to 3%.

I feel like my pay is good. I also like that we have Optional Days.

Transparency about how the company is doing. I appreciate the weekly video updates on what's happening.

The focus on serving our community. I love that I am given work time to volunteer.

Conversations with my manager. She is very encouraging and appreciative and trusts me with more and more responsibility.

My team is very encouraging, collaborative, and supportive. I appreciate that I am given opportunities to grow in my role.

I especially enjoy being part of my team. It feels like we can accomplish so much together and we support each other so well.

My team is very collaborative. We seek to help each other and have a great rapport. Everyone is so hard working and is for each other. We celebrate each other's successes in and outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work hard to make Optima successful. I really like how they are actively engaged with the IRS and have a good relationship with them. This is so important to the work we do. There is a real emphasis on the opportunities for employees to advance and make a career here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really love the team environment. My team works really well together but I also feel connected to other employees in other teams/departments. It truly feels like we are part of a big family. I also like that Optima values serving in the community and it shows. This makes me very proud to work here
